The 74th Street project in Los Angeles’ vibrant Westchester neighborhood transformed an existing single-family home by adding more square footage and elevating the home’s overall aesthetics, including a brand new pool.

Project Scope
We expanded the existing single-family residence from three to four bedrooms, amplifying the master bedroom and increasing open space throughout the house. The remodel included a new pool to complete the transformation.

The project is fully built and completed.
